Reporting a wrong fee figure
This is our highest priority. If a rate, fixed fee, cap or availability claim on any page is out of date or wrong, email us with the page, the provider, and (ideally) a link to the provider's official pricing page. We verify every report against the source and correct the data, usually within a few days, and the page's last-updated date changes with it.
Other reasons to write
- Coverage requests: a currency, country or gateway we don't cover yet. Tell us what you need and why; the most-requested markets get added first.
- Providers: if you represent a gateway listed here and want to update your published rates or availability, send the details with a link to the official pricing page.
- Corrections to Flash entries, including status changes (for example, a proposed tax that becomes law).
- Feedback on the tools and guides.
